Saint-Martin-de-Londres • Pic Saint-Loup • Hérault • Occitanie
After 6 years spent on the roads meeting our clients, partners and outdoor cooking enthusiasts, one thing became clear to us: to create a place capable of fully telling the COEO universe.
A place for exchange, discovery and experience, rooted in our territory, at the foot of Pic Saint-Loup, in Saint-Martin-de-Londres.
But before becoming a showroom, an idea laboratory and a living space, we must start with the foundations.
That is why we have chosen to dedicate the first episode of our series EMPREINTE to one of the first craftsmen to work on the site: Romain, our mason. This first interview highlights his key role in the project's implementation and the masonry work that will allow the future building to come to life.
Building a showroom at the foot of Pic Saint-Loup
Choosing Saint-Martin-de-Londres is not a coincidence.
Deeply attached to the South of France, we envisioned this future showroom as a place for meetings, exchanges and experiences in the heart of a territory rich in know-how.
Since the beginning of the project, we have made a strong choice: to work with local artisans and businesses.
Because behind every building, there are above all passionate women and men who put their expertise at the service of a common vision.
The essential role of the mason in a construction project
Before the finishes, the layouts and the exhibition spaces, there is the ground.
The placement of a building is a fundamental step that determines the success of the entire site.
In this interview, Romain shares his experience on the ground, the constraints encountered, the technical challenges and the choices made to prepare for the construction of the future COEO showroom.
Every detail matters :
- the study of the ground ;
- the placement of the building ;
- the levels ;
- the foundations ;
- the preparation of future works.
A work often discreet but essential to ensure the solidity and sustainability of the project.
Highlighting the know-how of local artisans
With the EMPREINTE series, our goal is simple: to highlight the people who make this adventure possible.
We are convinced that the most beautiful projects arise from the meeting of a vision and skills.
Masons, architects, carpenters, electricians, metalworkers, landscapers or even joiners: each profession contributes to the construction of this unique place.
Through these interviews, we wish to tell their story, their passion and their commitment.
A human adventure above all
Creating a COEO place is not just about building a building.
It is to imagine a space where we can welcome you, share our products, convey our passion and create an experience true to our values.
An adventure driven by local artisans, nearby businesses and committed partners.
A human adventure.
A place. A vision. An experience.
As the next episodes of EMPREINTE unfold, we will continue to introduce you to the artisans, businesses and partners who are contributing to the construction of this project in the heart of Pic Saint-Loup.
The story is just beginning.
