Building on our experience and customer feedback, we have been working for months on a kamado, focusing on the desired design and features.
2022: development of outdoor kitchens
The brasero is evolving!
We develop accessories and furniture to transform outdoor spaces into fully-fledged living areas. A fire pit alone is not enough; we add elements to ensure that the experience is complete and adaptable.
2021: launch of the TRIO fire pit
Launch of the brasero TRIO on French TV
In March 2021, we introduced the TRIO to millions of French people during a segment on M6 - 66 Minutes Grand Format. We also started fairs, exhibitions, and demonstrations to promote the concept of the "wood-fired plancha".
2020: birth of COEO
It all started in 2020!
After a trip around the world with our backpack, studies in New York, and professional experiences in North America and Asia, we returned to the South of France, in the heart of the Cévennes during the first lockdown in March 2020.
This was an opportunity for us to realise a dream: to share a way of life that we hold dear: barbecuing! We therefore decided to combine our skills to design our first object: the brasero TRIO !
