Returns Policy

At COEO, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience. There are several reasons why products may be returned. You must take into account that there are certain conditions that you must comply with and consider.

Droit de rétractation de la commande

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products under thefollowing conditions :

In accordance with European Union legislation, as aprivate consumeryou have the right to withdraw from your order without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product. Unfortunately, once the 14-day period has expired, it will no longer be possible to return a product.

Conditions:

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending us an unambiguous statement, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or via our online contact form or by email to the following address: contact@coeo-design.com.

  • Consommateur bénéficiant du droit de rétractation de 14 jours  : un consommateur étant toute personne physique qui conclut un acte juridique à des fins qui ne peuvent être principalement attribuées ni à son activité commerciale ni à son activité professionnelle indépendante.
  • Produit éligible : les produits doivent être retournés dans leur état d’origine, non utilisés, non ouverts, non endommagés et dans leur emballage d’origine. Vous devez avoir conservé tous les emballages d'origine et les étiquettes en bon état, et le produit doit pouvoir être revendu au prix normal. Les articles qui ont été déballés, utilisés, lavés ou modifiés ne peuvent pas être retournés, sauf s’ils sont défectueux.
  • Produits exclus : les produits personnalisés, les articles périssables (tels que les aliments, les cosmétiques) ou les articles scellés pour des raisons de santé et d’hygiène ne sont pas éligibles pour un retour ou un échange si le scellé a été rompu.
  • Frais de retour : en cas d’exercice du droit de rétractation, les frais de retour sont à votre charge, sauf indication contraire explicite et écrite de notre part.
  • Retour via transporteur : nous vous recommandons d’utiliser un service de retour suivi pour éviter toute perte de produit. Nous vous recommandons également d’assurer la marchandise pour éviter qu’elle ne soit endommagée durant le transport. JYA COEO ne pourra être tenu responsable des retours perdus ou endommagés.
  • Remboursement : le remboursement sera effectué dans un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception par notre société du produit retourné, après vérification qualitative et quantitative de son état. Le remboursement sera effectué sur le même moyen de paiement que celui utilisé pour la commande initiale. Si votre retour est admissible à un remboursement, ce dernier ne comprendra pas les frais d’expédition et de manutention pouvant notamment figurer sur le bordereau d’emballage ou la facture.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal :

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in certain cases, particularly for products:

  • Supplied in the form of sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection, if the seal has been broken.
  • Supplied in the form of customised products, made according to your specifications.
Retour en cas de dommage ou de dégradation du produit pendant l’expédition

It is the customer's responsibility to unpack and thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery.

  • Dommages apparents: en cas de réception d'un colis/emballage endommagé pendant le transport, vous devez l'indiquer sur le bon de livraison (condition obligatoire pour effectuer toute réclamation pour dommage pendant le transport. Dans le cas contraire, toute demande sera refusée).

In the event that the goods are received by a third party, the buyer agrees to inform the third party that the goods must be checked. You accept responsibility for any loss or damage in the event that a person receives the goods on your behalf and signs the delivery note without carrying out the necessary checks.

  • Dommages cachés: l'incident doit être communiqué à JYA COEO et au transporteur par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception dans les 48h à partir de la réception afin que nous puissions faire intervenir le transporteur. Veuillez nous contacter afin que nous puissions vous transmettre les coordonnées du transporteur.
Produits défectueux ou non conformes

We guarantee products that comply with the technical data sheets and standards in force in the European Union. For export sales outside the borders of the European Union, it is your responsibility to verify the compliance of the products with local regulations and to ensure, where applicable, any necessary approval/certification procedures.

If you receive a defective product or one that does not conform to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or by any other equivalent means in the relevant country. Please provide us with a complete description of the incident as well as photos of the defective product or the error. After the necessary checks have been carried out, if your return request is validated by our services, we will take the necessary steps to offer you a solution. This solution may be, at the discretion of our technical services: a credit note, an exchange or a refund.

Dear customer, before raising a dispute for any type of incident, please ensure that you carry out the relevant tests to verify that the product is indeed eligible for a return. If, upon receipt of the product, it functions correctly or has no issues, and the reason for the return is due to your lack of knowledge in using/assembling the product, you will bear all shipping costs, both to and from.
