WITHDRAWAL FORM

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of JYA COEO, the return costs of products exercised under the right of withdrawal remain the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned products and after verification of their quantity, condition, and compliance with the applicable return conditions.

Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging, unused, unassembled, undamaged, and properly protected for return transport.

The return parcel travels at the customer's risk. To prevent any disputes regarding the condition of the returned product, JYA COEO recommends that the customer photograph the product(s) before the return shipment, as well as the packaging used, in order to demonstrate that the products have been returned in their original condition and in packaging suitable for transport.

It is also recommended that the customer keep any proof of shipment, tracking, or insurance of the parcel until the refund is finalised.

1 - I hereby notify my decision to withdraw from the contract concerning the product(s) identified above.

2 - In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of JYA COEO, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

3 - The refund will be made after receipt of the returned products and after verification of their quantity, condition, and compliance with the applicable return conditions.

4 - The products must be returned complete, in their original packaging, unused, unassembled, undamaged, and properly protected for transport.

5 - In order to avoid any dispute, JYA COEO recommends that the customer take photographs of the product or products as well as their packaging before shipping. These elements may help to demonstrate that the products have been returned in their original condition and in packaging suitable for transport.

The return parcel travels at the customer's risk. It is recommended to keep proof of shipment and, if applicable, to take out transport insurance.
