On the occasion of Host Milano in Italy, a leading international trade fair bringing together professionals from the restaurant, hospitality and culinary industries from around the world, COEO had the opportunity to present its outdoor cooking universe to a panel of chefs, experts and recognized industry players, in a setting dedicated to exchange, discovery and shared passion for fire, cooking techniques and emerging culinary trends.
