Mussels on the brazier are easy to make and bring joy to both young and old!
The steps
Step 1: light the brazier
In a bowl, mix the garlic, rosemary, fennel, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil along with the chimichurri rub.
Step 2: peel
Peel and finely chop the shallots. Sauté them quickly in a little olive oil on the plancha of the TRIO brazier. You can also use a cast iron pot placed on the plancha or the centre of the grill of the brazier.
Step 3: wash and debeard the mussels
Step 4: cook
Spread the mussels on the plancha of the TRIO (with previously cooked shallots). Let them cook until all the mussels are fully open.
Etape 4 : servez
Trim and roughly chop the parsley and add it to the mussels.
