This ceramic stone is supplied as standard with the Split & Mix Medium system for kamado QUATRO M. This multi-level cooking system allows for a combination of direct and indirect cooking to fully utilise the capabilities of your kamado.
When combined with the Split & Mix Medium, it offers great flexibility and allows for multiple cooking techniques to be carried out simultaneously on the same barbecue.

Usage precautions to avoid cracks
