Coeo, the small start-up from Vigan that is on the rise, has just been awarded for its kamado barbecue - Quatro.
The Vigan start-up Coeo has just been awarded the German Design Award 2024 for “Excellent Product Design” for its kamado barbecue - Quatro. "We have designed a revolutionary kamado barbecue that breaks the mould of conventional shapes and ideas about this type of cooking utensil," explains Yannick, co-founder of COEO.

While Amandine, her partner, emphasises the importance of this award: "Isolated and in a rural setting, this recognition means a lot to us. It is the result of two years of research and development and signifies that despite the geographical remoteness and the challenges our young company faces, the alliance of Engineering & Gastronomy allows us to shine beyond the borders of our low mountains."
COEO, the brand of barbecue plancha fire pits from the Cévennes, based near Nîmes and Montpellier, featured in the local newspaper Midi Libre.
