2 QUATRO Large 21" side shelves

These 2 side shelves in HPL are the essential accessory to serve as support when you are cooking on the QUATRO Large 21" kamado.

Benefit from a useful work surface to place dishes, hang utensils, or simply set down your glass while you handle the cooking. You can place hot dishes up to 100°C.

Hang utensils on the hooks: your gloves, ash scraper, tongs, and other utensils now have a dedicated place on your kamado barbecue.

Easy cleaning by hand with soapy water to keep your shelves looking good for a long time. While wood requires regular treatment (fungicide, anti-mould, etc.) and rigorous maintenance, HPL material is very easy to clean and maintain. This way, you can remove all grease marks and stains.

Warning: if you drop the tablets on the floor or drop an object on them, impacts may appear.

Unlike wood, which changes color and deteriorates over time, HPL requires no maintenance. It's an environmentally friendly material: no trees are cut down for its production. HPL is made from recycled kraft paper and thermosetting resin. Several layers are bonded together under high pressure and temperature. This technique contributes to its incredible strength and durability. Once compacted, these layers form a very dense and robust structure that withstands all weather conditions and abrasion. Heat and humidity resistant. It is designed to withstand humidity, inclement weather, and temperature changes. It is waterproof on both sides of the shelf thanks to its protective resin. While wooden shelves can blacken if you place hot dishes on them, HPL shelves can withstand heat up to 100°C. Also, unlike wooden shelves which can mold under the cover due to condensation and humidity, HPL shelves remain unaffected by variations in temperature and humidity.
