Stainless‑steel draft door (dogme) for maximum long‑term durability. The draft door is designed with a sliding panel that allows you to adjust the airflow entering the oven. You don’t need to touch the hot outer walls to open or close the door. It is equipped with a Bakelite handle.

Use this accessory by removing the draft door (“dogme”) for a unique barbecue experience.

The cast‑iron plate has been designed with openings that allow the heat from the fire pit to circulate inside the draft chamber (“dogme”), enabling the pizza to cook quickly. The wider the opening, the greater the airflow and the higher the temperature.

Suitable for TRIO82 and TRIO98.

Compatible with fire pits featuring an inner plancha diameter from 39 cm to 50 cm.

Si vous avez un brasero d'une autre marque, le four est compatible pour les braseros avec un diamètre intérieur allant de 39cm à 50cm.

Nous avons conçu le dogme du four pour brasero plancha en acier inoxydable pour lui apporter plus de longévité qu'en acier classique.

Le four brasero OV9882 comprend plusieurs éléments distincts fournis avec le four :

1 dogme avec porte (acier inoxydable laqué noir) et thermomètre intégré
1 support trépied (acier)
1 plaque fonte réversible : face striée grill / face plancha (fonte)
1 pierre pizza (cordiérite)
1 pelle à pizza striée (aluminium)

La plaque fonte réversible peut être utilisée seule sans le dogme du four.

Elle dispose de 2 surfaces distinctes :

une surface striée : avec les nervures vous pouvez griller viandes et poissons et obtenir un marquage parfait.
une surface lisse : sert de plancha pour saisir ou de plaque pour cuire des crêpes

La plaque fonte réversible peut aussi être utilisée dans le support haut (trépied) de la grille amovible de brasero (GD98).
