- Regularly check that the cover is clean and dry before putting it back in place.
- Clean the cover using a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild soap. Do not use abrasive products, solvents, or pressure cleaners.
- In the case of significant soiling (dust, pollen, bird droppings, plant residues), clean it quickly to preserve its appearance and protective properties.
- Ensure that the fire pit is completely cool before covering the device.
- If the cover is wet after heavy rain, allow it to dry completely before folding or storing it.
- During long periods of disuse, regularly remove the cover to air the fire pit and prevent condensation from forming.
- Store the cover in a dry and ventilated place when not in use.
Tip : For optimal protection and an extended lifespan of your fire pit, always use the cover after each use once the device is completely cool.

This warranty is granted exclusively to the first buyer of the product. It is neither assignable nor transferable in the event of resale, assignment, or donation of the product. Any resale or transfer of ownership automatically terminates the benefit of the warranty.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers defects in manufacturing, materials, or assembly observed during normal use in accordance with the provided instructions.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover :
- Normal wear and tear related to the use of the product
- Discolouration, aesthetic alterations or loss of appearance due to climatic conditions, UV rays, humidity, salt, pollution or any aggressive external environment
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence, an accident or inadequate maintenance
- Deterioration resulting from incorrect storage or use not in accordance with the product's intended purpose
- Cuts, tears, punctures, burns or damage caused by sharp objects or animals
- Damage caused by strong winds, storms, hail, floods, fires or any other case of force majeure
- Modifications, repairs or interventions carried out by an unauthorised person
- Costs of disassembly, reassembly, transport, installation or immobilisation of the product
Elements considered normal
The following phenomena are considered normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect:
- The natural ageing of materials over time
- Progressive discolouration related to exposure to UV rays and the elements
- The appearance of creases or marks related to folding, storage or handling of the cover
- Slight variations in colour, texture or finish between different production batches
- Signs of wear resulting from normal outdoor use
Implementation of the warranty
Any warranty request must be accompanied by the original dated proof of purchase. After verifying the defect, the manufacturer or seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the product with an identical or equivalent product. No other compensation or indemnity may be claimed.
