Its central location of 26 cm also allows for the use of a wok, a cast iron casserole or a Dutch Oven according to your desires.

The skewer support allows for the iconic cooking of churrasco. The meats are positioned above the embers to benefit from a gentle and even heat that promotes tenderness and the development of smoky aromas.

HORIZONTAL COOKING: GRILLS AND SKEWERS

The horizontal support allows for cooking several skewers simultaneously over the fire. This configuration offers excellent versatility for marinated meats, vegetables, fish, and seafood.

CENTRAL SUPPORT: THE POWER OF FIRE AT THE HEART OF THE BRAZIER

Located at the centre of the fire pit, a space with a diameter of 26cm allows for the installation of a wok. A wok benefits from the highest temperature and allows for quick searing of vegetables, prawns, sides, sauces, or recipes from around the world while cooking on the other areas. The central support can also accommodate a cast iron casserole or a Dutch Oven for slow cooking, stews, and traditional recipes over wood fire.
