For a perfect fit in all weather, each cover is equipped with an anti-wind tightening strap. A COEO storage cover is also provided for easy storage when not in use.

All our covers are made from 600D PU Oxford fabric. 

To ensure optimal protection of your kamado, always install the cover on a clean and perfectly dry appliance. Before installation, make sure that the kamado is completely cooled.

INSTALLATION

  • Completely cover your kamado with the cover.
  • Check that the cover extends down to the base of the appliance.
  • Adjust the cover properly so that it fits the contours of the kamado.
  • Secure the fastening loops located at the bottom to ensure optimal support.

OUTDOOR USE

  • Always use the cover when your kamado is not in use.
  • Tighten the securing loops to improve wind resistance.
  • Regularly check the proper positioning of the cover after windy episodes or significant weather events.
  • Occasionally remove the cover to ventilate the appliance in case of persistent moisture.

RECOMMENDATIONS

The protective covers for COEO kamado are guaranteed against any manufacturing or material defect in the context of normal use and in accordance with the usage and maintenance recommendations.

This warranty applies exclusively to the first buyer of the product. It is personal, non-transferable and automatically ceases in the event of resale, assignment or transfer of the product to a third party.

THE WARRANTY COVERS

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Sewing defects affecting the normal use of the product.
  • Material defects.
  • Defects in the tightening and fixing systems resulting from a manufacturing defect.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of the product.
  • Gradual discolouration of the fabric due to UV exposure.
  • Natural ageing of the materials.
  • Dirt, stains or deposits related to outdoor use.
  • Cuts, punctures, tears or abrasions caused by improper use.
  • Damage caused by sharp, cutting or abrasive objects.
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or maintenance.
  • Damage caused by wind when the fastening systems are not used correctly.
  • Damage related to the installation of the cover on a hot or in-use kamado.
  • Damage resulting from storms, cyclones, hail, floods, fires or other exceptional weather events.
  • Any modification or repair carried out by an unauthorised person.

PHENOMENA CONSIDERED NORMAL

The following items are considered normal and do not constitute a defect covered by the warranty:

  • Slight discolouration of the fabric over time.
  • Natural softening of materials.
  • Signs of use related to permanent outdoor use.
  • Minor variations in shade or finish between production batches.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WARRANTY

Any warranty claim must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase. COEO reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the origin of the defect and decide on its repair or replacement.

This warranty is exclusively reserved for the first purchaser of the product and is valid from the date of the initial purchase.

To preserve the protective qualities and aesthetics of your COEO kamado protective cover, regular maintenance is recommended.

REGULAR CLEANING

  • Clean the cover using a soft sponge or damp cloth.
  • Use lukewarm water with mild soap if necessary.
  • Rinse thoroughly with clear water to remove any residue.
  • Leave to dry completely in the open air before replacing the cover.

MAINTENANCE

  • Regularly remove dust, leaves, and debris accumulated on the cover.
  • Periodically check the condition of the seams, tightening loops, and fastening systems.
  • Ensure that the kamado and the cover are perfectly dry before any replacement to limit the appearance of moisture.

USAGE PRECAUTIONS

  • Never place the cover on a hot or in-use kamado.
