1 grill: 1 multitude of cooking methods

At the heart of our expertise, the design and development of our products are internalised, allowing us to easily evolve the range of TRIO accessories. For example, we have designed the TRIO barrier so that it can accommodate both direct and indirect cooking methods, at two different heights: away from the fire of the brazier as well as close to the fire of the brazier.

A grill is versatile and robust. The removable grill for the plancha barbecue fire pit is designed in 2 elements: the central grill and the tripod.

The tripod is sufficiently elevated to allow whole logs to be passed in to fuel the fire while it is lit.

Vary and combine a wide range of different cooking methods to cook meats, fish, fruits, and vegetables:

• direct cooking on the grill at multiple heights
• cooking in wok, stockpot, casserole dishes, paella pan​
